AGND and PGND on LMZ31710

What happens if I connect AGND to PGND on LMZ31710? I have a solid ground planes on board that is ground reference for all components and need to go from 5V to 1V. I not sure what are the potential problems in connecting the AGND and PGND together.

AGND is already connected to PGND internal to the device. By keeping AGND separated from PGND on your PCB, it keeps the more sensitive analog circuitry away from the power switching circuitry. If your board has AGND and PGND combined you may experience some unwanted noise and regulation tolerance.
