MUX36S08 datasheet does not clarify the analog input/output leakage level, which is common way to imply impedance, during power off, over overvoltage or under voltage conditions. I am working on clarifying this question. I assume MUX36S08's analog input/output would be Hi-Z in loss of power condition, but the pin state under overvoltage and under voltage is undefined.
Device can be filtered based on the analog input voltage range, or supply range, switch resistance and configuration requirements, 16:1, 8:1, 4:1 for example. We will be also glad to help if you are not able to find the device which meets all your requirements from the above web pages.
We have clarified that MUX36S08 will not be high-Z at analog inputs/outputs in the loss of power condition. We can better assist you if you can share with us your design requirements and schematic. In most cases, high-Z when power off feature can be worked around by adjusting power sequence or adding another isolation device.
