Whether the CAN Transceiver SN65HVD234QDRQ1 is compatible with the CAN transceiver - TJA1051T/3 from NXP it's operating voltage is +5V, the CAN network is attached. Could you please check the whether it is compatible.

Yes. The supply voltage of the transceiver does not matter; any CAN transceiver is designed to drive a voltage of about 2 V over the termination resistors (see the V_OD(D) specification).
