AM3703: Need unique serial number of CPU or any other internal peripheral ID

We need to have a unique serial number of our boards for reporting. I believe there is a CPU serial number. If not, is there an internal peripheral that would have one (MAC?)

    We typically would suggest that a unique ID needs to be provided on the board outside of the device, however, on AM3703, you could use the DIE ID as a unique identifier.  See section 1.5.2 of the TRM
