Hi,

In our project, we are interfacing DS90CR288A with Xilinx FPGA . The IO bank voltage of FPGA will support up to 1.8V only. We need to map RxOUT signals to FPGA. So if we will use SN74LVCH16T245 as Level Translator, will it support this frequency or not?

You did not mention the frequency you're using.

For unidirectional downtranslation, you can simply use any buffer with overvoltage-tolerant inputs. At 1.8 V, the fastest logic family is AUC, so use the SN74AUC16244.

Frequency = 85MHz,
And let me know will this part number I mentioned and u mentioned will support for 112MHz?

At 1.8 V, LVC supports 80 MHz. AUC supports 250 MHz.

Okay, Thank you for your support.
So I will use SN74AUC16244. DS90CR288A RXOUT signals are 3.3V, that signals will Map to A ports and Output will take from Y ports (1.8V) and map to FPGA, and OE# will connect to GND. Is it correct? And one Power down signal is there in DS90CR288A , That can i connect to normal TXS0102 LT?

Correct.

For unidirectional signals, it is usually a better idea to use a fixed-direction translator like the TXU0101/TXU0102.
