Could you suggest the Wi-Fi module that is compatible for sk-am62-lp and that would work out of the box.

It seems that the wl1837 is the supported module from https://git.ti.com/cgit/ti-linux-kernel/ti-linux-kernel/commit/?h=ti-android-linux-6.1.y

We hope this is the module with M2 interface compatible for sk-am62-lp

WL1837MOD is just the chip component.

Can we use the below module in TI-AM62P as an accessories?

Please confirm if this module can be used.

Hi Libin,

That part from digikey can not connect to SK-AM62P-LP

If so, we can offer this instead, which connects to the SK board via the M.2 connector: https://ti.com/tool/m2-CC3351

The software for the M2-CC3351 is also included in the latest Processor SDK for AM62P also.

If you are attempting to design your own board, then you will have to purchase the chip components.

Dear Sabeeh,

In my understanding M2-CC3351 doesn't have standard Bluetooth and only BLE. We have use cases like telephony and bluetooth audio streaming.

We need, WiFi 5Ghz dual band and statndard Bluetooth > 4.2 with following profiles

1. HFP

2. A2DP

3. PBAP

4. AVRCP

5. HFP

Does M2-CC3351 support these profiles and standard bluetooth?

Hi Libin,

You are correct that M2-CC3351 supports only BLE.

Today we do not offer the WL1837MOD part in the M.2 card format.
