They want products with Vcc of 5V and Vio of 3.3V.

So. I will propose SN65HVDA540-Q1.

Does the SN65HVDA540-Q1 support the Low speed CAN standard(ISO11898-3)?

Hi Charles,

No, unfortunately none of TI's CAN transceivers are designed to support the ISO 11898-3 physical layer. Our devices target the high-speed CAN physical layer defined in ISO 11898-2/5.
