I am Ankit .

I am looking for Ultrasonic AFE solution to develop an Ultrasonic NDT device.

I found this link for the concerned AFE solutions

Here the TI picked device for Ultrasonic NDT is TUSS4440.

TUSS4440 can only support transducer frequencies upto 500Khz max.

But i need a device which can support transducer frequencies upto 20MHz.

Is there any other solution for this or any other way to use the device for the same.

Thanks for reaching out. We do have other AFE's which are used in ultrasound applications with high channel integration and bandwidth > 20 MHz. I'm adding links for few of AFE's below:

Is there any device with SPI, UART or any other interface other than LVDS.

Drive topology must be transformer drive.

Also single channel is sufficient for the same.

Hi Ankit,

I have only 8ch parts in the product line I work in. Do you need ADC integrated in the AFE ?

Yes it would be useful if ADC is integrated.

If you have any option without the integrated ADC do tell me.
