DP83TC818S-Q1: Ethernet phy with 10/100 BASE-T, MACsec and RMII

Part Number: DP83TC818S-Q1

I am  looking for an Ethernet Phy chip that has the MAC secure (MACsec)  feature,   is 10 BASE-T   /  100 BASE-T and interfaces with RMII.    The  part I looked at,  DP83TC818S-Q1,  is 100 BASE-T1,  which is not the same as  100-BASE-T. 

I have looked through many TI Phy chips but not found one that  is 10 BASE-T   /  100 BASE-T ,  has the MACsec feature and interfaces with  RMII.    Do you  have a part that has these features? 

Any insight would be appreciated.
