Dear sir ,
we are using msp430FR5739 controller. we have used the old msp-FET430UIF debug interface with IAR workbench without any problem but few days back we bought new msp-FET tool (which is black in color) , gives the error like

we have tried energia IDE also but it showing same kind of error

the selected serial port tilib: device initialization failed
does not exist or your board is not connected
Please guide us what to do
