Hello,

I'm using tisdk-base-image and k3-am625-skeleton.dts on SK-AM62 as a starting point.

I modified k3-am625-skeleton.dts to enable mmc0 & mmc1, but mmc1 does not seem to be recognized.

The modification is as follows. Basically, I copied some parts I think relevant from k3-am62x-sk-common.dtsi. Could you tell me what I am missing for mmc1?

    Might be. I got sdcard enumerated after this patch then I didn't spend time to figure out what additional changes are needed to add the vmmc-suppy and vqmmc-supply nodes. Since each custom board design would be different, I didn't want to providing examples which is tied to SK-AM62 board specifically.

    After booting, mmc1 errors are displayed occasionally.

    This is likely due to a MMC driver bug in SDK 8.5 kernel, which has been fixed in SDK8.6 kernel.

    Can you please test with SDK8.6 kernel to see if this issue still happens?

    I noticed that I didn't enable gpio0, which is used by vdd_sd_dv. By enabling gpio0, mmc1 is now recognized!

    I wonder why this error doesn't occur in SDK 8.5 with it's default DTS. I would appreciate it if you provide me with the details (or commit ID or something) of the bug.

    When only using your DTS patch in SDK 8.5, that error doesn't happen.

    And sorry, I realized my mistake.

    In SDK 8.5, I added the vdd_mmc1 and vdd_sd_dv nodes. I then commented out the references to these nodes. They remained commented out.
