Sorry for such a long response time. There is no minimum input frequency for the ADS5281, so 3 MHz is fine. The input will extend down to DC, depending on the interface circuit used (i.e. transformers do not pass low frequencies).

TSW1405 is not offically supporting the AFE5808A EVM. you can use the TSW1405 INI file of ADS5281 to achieve 12bit capture.
you will need to try the AFE5808A output as LSB 1st or MSB; 2's comp or offset format to make the capture.
