    Modern replacements are the AM26C31/AM26C32 (or AM26LV31E/AM26LV32E for a 3.3 V supply). Do you need a military temperature range (AM26C31-EP) or military qualifications (DS26C31MQML, AM26C31M)?

    Hi Takahashi-san, Our best option, as Clemens also indicated, would be the AM26C31MDREP. Since it is EP it does link to a different page than the AM26C31M without EP does - so the correct page can be found here: https://www.ti.com/product/AM26C31…
