The last release made for AM37x was ICS as you can see here: www.ti.com/.../androidsdk-sitara (4th row) and no longer supported.
JB 4.2.2 is only supported on AM335x.
Android OS upgrade (Gingerbread to IceCreamSandwich) steps:
• Install VMware
• Install Ubuntu (I used Ubuntu 10.x which we received with EVM)
