The mentioned board is not designed by TI. you need to talk with board supplier on the board support package and accordingly modify for android needs.

The last release made for AM37x was ICS as you can see here: www.ti.com/.../androidsdk-sitara (4th row) and no longer supported.
JB 4.2.2 is only supported on AM335x.
