When using a single module the stat2 pin stays low for approximately 1-2 seconds after I remove the battery.
If I parallel 4 units (common input supply) the stat2 pins on all stay low for at least a minute after battery removal.

Thank you for the comments. You are right, that the high input voltage limits the selection. We have decided to have a 5V regulator in front of the charger and then many more devices shows up. We might also go for 4.2V charging as the Panasonic cells…
