  Hello Clemens, Both PNs, CD4068BF and CD4068BF3A, are from your CD4068B-MIL series . If only CD4068BF3A is MIL-PRF-38535 qualified, why would CD4068BF belong to CD4068B-MIL and not CD4068B? Thanks, Juan.
