In gate library i find CD4069 and by the path: "right click >edit component > show hide pins" i see the source pins of the component so i connect source pins with a battery and ground, so I give my answer.

TI does not have spice model for this specific part. But you might want to check this database to find similar parts that might have model that might potentially you can use for your simulation.
