Part Number: CD4093B-MIL Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD4093B , TLV803E I have configured an RS Filp-flop with two of the NAND gates in the CD4093B package. When the power is applied, both inputs are biased up to Vcc (11.4V) through 100k resistors. …
Part Number: CD4093B-MIL Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD4093B , CD4044B , TL7733B , TPS3710 , TL7700-SEP Attached, is our circuit; a well-known RS Flip-flop configured from two of the NAND gates within a CD4093B. for some unknown reason (and luckily),…
Part Number: CD4093B-MIL Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC1705 CD4093 output is fed to a npn-pnp based totem pole circuit to drive a Mosfet. A resistor of 1kohm is provided in between the cd4093output & base of the totem pole circuit. Now observed that…
Part Number: CD4093B-MIL Dear team,
could you please highlight the differences between these two PNs? I'm not able to find them just looking at the datasheets.
Thanks.
