    Part Number: CD4504B In CD4504B and CD4504B-EP datasheet, Quiescent current in CMOS-CMOS mode at Vcc=5V and Vdd=15V is only "0.02 uA" , but at Vcc=5V and (Vdd=5V & 10V) is 1000x higher as "0.02mA" . Is this currect ?
