Part Number: CD74HC4050 Does this IC provide Hysterisis?
The datasheet says turn On or VOH at around 3.15V for 5V VCC and VOL at 1.35V. So Technically there is hysteresis.
But when tested, both VOH and VOL are at VIH=VIL=2.2V. Can you clarify this?
