Brian,
To clarify, for #1 the system does not have a video processing front end. This means that a front end chip is required to format the video for WXGA in 30-bit parallel.
As for #2, there is some 3D support but the functionality is not supported…
Hello Jim,
Welcome to DLP forum and thank you for your interest in DLP technology.

Hello Sanjeev,
Thanks for your response.
1. Can we change the Blanking time as per the different resolution of LVDS.
2. In DLPC6401 which i2c registers are to be configured for LVDS input as in programmer guide for DLPC6401 there are various registers…
Thanks Jim for your valuable input.
N21 is GPIO_22, it will go high when boot up process is complete to indicate power is on (go low for power off) and will be use for other purposes like to initiate (shut down) other devices.
Thanks,

The power supply is 1.2v, 1.9v, 1.8v and 3.3v and it is normal, the electricity timing sequence is satisfied.32MHz clock is…
Part Number: DLPC6401 Hi,
We are using DLPC6401 in the Design.
There is no information on voltage/current for pin "EXRES". Just given 1% resistor.
We have connected 160Ohm 1% resistor with 0.05W(0201 package) for EXRES. Please confirm the power…
I've managed to change the output resolution by setting the MSB bit of the related register to 1 for write command.
Because of this information from the dlpu012.pdf datasheet:
Preset Input or Output Resolution register at address 0x50 (0101 0000…

Currently we using a DMD to verify/test our DLP controller board in SMT workshop. I think this solution is an inefficient and also is easy to damage the DMD.
Is there any other solutions to test DLP controller?
