Apologies for the delay. Regarding your last query, it is best to bring this up with the proper SoC vendor. I am only able to provide advice for PHY HW, and the driver; not necessarily the platform in which the driver operates upon. Regarding…
Part Number: DP83826E Hi Team,
I have a question on the LED configuration for the basic mode. The DS says if strap selecting 0, a 1 kΩ pull-up resistor in series with the LED should be used and a 5 kΩ pull-down resistor. does there still need the 1.5…
Part Number: DP83826E
Please let us know DP83826 PHY mode settings
The interface is an RMII connecter to RJ45 (10/100Mbps), configuring the RMII to NCSI mode with cascade mode.
Here, we have a concern that it’s an arbitration pin.
Part Number: DP83826E Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM2432 Hi Team,
This is customer first design in AM2432+DP83826.
Please help to review the design. Focusing on cheching the interface/config/clock. There are 2 MII network ports and 2RMII slave network…
Yes, may be duplex mismatch. Maybe you have seen it already, here is a good article on that: http://www.ethermanage.com/ethernet/pdf/dell-auto-neg.pdf
Can you check the duplex status on each side?
Are you able to probe the RX_CLK traces near the connector side to see is there any distortion like you probed in TX_CLK traces?
Could you also double check to make sure RX and TX vias are not close to any other signal vias?
In your schematic…
