A possible replacement is the DS125BR800. This device supports 8 channels and data rates up to 12.5 Gbps just like the DS125BR820.

1). A-side is more link a linear equalizer and it has more linearity range versus B-side with its limited linearity range.
2). Parts similar to DS125MB203 functionality are: DS125BR800 and DS125BR401.
