Is it possible to put this termination resistor after the capacitor? I want to put a termination resistor near the IC.

For longer distances typically DS15BA101 and DS15EA101 devices are used.
At 60MHz typically there is not much loss so i am not what type of cable insertion loss is used in this application. Please refer to DS15EA/BA101 for cable model.
