SN65LVCP22 and the DS25CP152 are very similar devices. Aside from some minor spec changes, the main difference is the data rate of the DS25CP152. If the data rate you need is higher than 1 Gbps then I would recommend the DS25 device.

Please consider using DS25CP152 instead. This is a 2X2 LVDS cross point - given this you do not need external Resistor network. Here is a link to this part's data sheet:
