Part Number: DS92LV0411 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS92LV0412 ,
Hi,
We would like to extend an LVDS signal over a length of up to 5m using a cots cable and connectors.
According to the spec, the USB-C high speed pair of a USB-C cable has an impedance…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS92LV0412 , DS92LV0411 Dear Specialists
My customer is simulating DS92LV0411 and DS92LV0412 by using ibis model .
He wants to know how to use de-emphasis and qualization ibis-model .
Is it possible?
If possible, could you…
Hi Amelie,
9MHz is significantly out of specification of the DS90CR286A datasheet so it likely cannot be used to drive their display.
I believe the only parts that can support this resolution and LVDS -> RGB application are the generation II/III SerDes…
Hi Erik,
I am not sure that increasing de-emphasis will improve the signal, since the DS15BA101 is placed right after the DS92LV0411 on the transmitter side, and therefore the DS15BA101 will "cancel out" the de-emphasis effect of the DS92LV0411 at the…
Kouji-San,
1). In experiment #3 above, am i correct in saying the lock pin on DS92LV0412 de-serializer was in-active when you had just the clock signal connected to the RXCLKIN pin of the DS92LV0411 serializer?
2). If this is correct, in this experiment…
Greetings Ryuji-San,
This depends on the loss of the cable. One idea the customer can consider is to use DS92LV0411/0412 with DS15EA101/DS15BA101 in order to meet the cable distance.

Hi Michael,
I don't believe any of our generation I products have a map select feature to allow for switching between formats.
Some of our generation II products have the ability to do change the LVDS mapping to support LSBs or MSB on LVDS channel…
