We have read the data sheet about DS92LV0421 and we think it may not be suitable for us. The reasons are as follows.
1. DS92LV0421 must use in pairs with DS92LV0422, but our camera may connect many kinds of SDI DVRs producted by other manufacturers…
it is not recommended to link DS90Ux and DS92LVxxx. You can select DS90UB921 to replace DS92LV0421 as serializer, and DS90UB927 as de-sterilizer with LVDS output.

The package drawing should be NJK0036A. Please refer to the DS92LV0421, which is an industrial temperature-grade equivalent device.
