I finally successfully triggered the GPIO0_28's interrupt by changing the banknum to 0. Before that bankNum = 28 /16. I don't know why, can you explain it?

you could generate the HW trigger sync signal from you processor and that could be fanned out to all the AWR2243 devices via the LMK buffer.
