Hi Jimmy,
I see you don't plan to send the board here anymore. Do you need anything else on our end?
If you don't have anymore questions, I'll go ahead and resolve the thread.
Best,
Shane
Part Number: HD3SS3220 Tool/software: Hi,
I am using HD3SS3220IRNHT part in my design along with i.MX8 SOM for the USB Type-C DRP application with USB3.1 Gen1 (5Gbps).
I would like to know how can I make use of the USB_ID pin from the i.MX8 SOM along…

Part Number: HD3SS3220 1. May I ask if this USB chip is in GPIO mode and then subjected to pressure testing, will there be a situation where the yellow label is not recognized? 2. Is the I2C mode intended for OTG functionality?
Part Number: HD3SS3220 Dear team,
Does USB-C have de-sense issues with wifi 2.4G?
If so, what are the countermeasures on the schematic? Many Thanks, Jimmy
Part Number: HD3SS3220 Hi,
I am using HD3SS3220IRNHT mux in my design and since I am using this part for the first time, need review support.
Attaching the Block diagram of my Board and the Schematic page which has HD3SS3220IRNHT .
FYI: the Type-C USB port…

Can you please review the attached schematic for correct implementation of the AC coupling caps and associated resistors?
If the resistors always ensure CM voltage in this application why would they not be integrated into the mux…
Hi Kei,
Looking at the schematic I don't see AC coupling capacitors or biasing circuits on your high speed signal traces. Can you double check that the common mode voltage is within 0V - 2V?
Here is the biasing circuit on the 3220 DFP EVM , you can…
