Can you please review the attached schematic for correct implementation of the AC coupling caps and associated resistors?
If the resistors always ensure CM voltage in this application why would they not be integrated into the mux…
Hi Kei,
Looking at the schematic I don't see AC coupling capacitors or biasing circuits on your high speed signal traces. Can you double check that the common mode voltage is within 0V - 2V?
Here is the biasing circuit on the 3220 DFP EVM , you can…
Part Number: HD3SS3220 Hi team,
my customer try to use a LDO convert VDD5V to VCC33, so he wants to know the maximum power consumption of VCC33
but I only found this power consumption table,
is this total consumption of both 3.3v and 5V or only for VDD5V…
Part Number: HD3SS3220 As shown in the figure below, we have designed HD3SS3220IRNHR to reserve both GPIO mode and I2C mode. Please help check if the circuit is correct in both modes, as our host's GPIO voltage threshold is 1.8V, and we have reserved…
Part Number: HD3SS3220 Hi,
according ' HD3SS3220 DFP Dongle Evaluation Module' we are about to make our own design.
Could you please review attached schematics and provide feedback?
Please have a close look at

Hi Huang,
Huang Bang said: I still have some pcb wiring problems, do I need to open a single post for similar pcb problems? Because I noticed that the questions I was asking were drifting away from the title.
Its ok to ask any questions related to your…
Part Number: HD3SS3220 Hi team,
Due to layout complexity, customer would like to switch the USB3.0 TX and RX connection as follow, could you help check if it's OK for customer to do connection as follow?
Thanks and Best Regards,
Will
Part Number: HD3SS3220 Hi ,
I am designing to use the TI HD3SS3220 USB 3.0 port controller to implement a USB DRP in my board. The predominant use of this DRP will be as the USB host.I have heard that UFPs has this capability to switch ON/OFF the power…
