Part Number: ISO1642 Tool/software: Dear, It is not clear to us why speed of I2C is up to 1.7MHz per datasheet. But GPIO up to 50MHz. What is GPIO? Also fast mode of 3.4MHz was mentioned, what is that related to?

The JTAG signal is noisy without ISO1642 when 1nF is connected.
He connected 2nF for signal stabilization and it works well without ISO1642.
But it doesn't work with ISO1642.
