According to https://e2e.ti.com/support/isolation-group/isolation/f/isolation-forum/949948/iso7221b-iso7221b-internal-oscillator I assumed it was 100KHz as ISO7221 runs with the latter frequency.
So, oscillation frequency jumped by three orders of magnitude…

Thanks for reaching out.
The referred anomaly applies to only those devices whose datasheet has this mentioned. Hence, only ISO723xA devices have this anomaly and not ISO7221A, ISO7221B or ISO7231C. Thanks.
