Unfortunately, not all devices are supported in Resource Explorer. DaVinci devices are not.
You can take a look at the DaVinci SDK:

You must install EZSDK from this link:
www.ti.com/.../LINUXEZSDK-DAVINCI
cd where your ezsdk is installed and execute : make all
