Part Number: LM22673 Tool/software: Hi experts
I'm looking for the Average Model Test Circuit for LM22673-5.0.
It isn't available in PSpice for TI.
Can someone share the archived project for this via a link?
Best regards,

Hi Martin,
I would suggest you preform some level of accelerated lifetime testing on your design in a controlled environment.
This could be evaluating your board at high temperature in a temperature chamber at full operating conditions.
If you are able…
Part Number: LM22673-Q1 Hi Team,
I am looking into the mean time between failures for the LM22673-Q1, and I noticed an odd curiosity of the part.
According to the table below for the device, it states that the estimates are made off of 1703 data samples…
Part Number: LM22673 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMQ66430 , TPSM63603 Hi team,
We've got the question about the thermal registance of LM22673. Do we have ψJT of LM22673TJE-5.0/NOPB(TO-263) ?

Part Number: LM22673 Dear Sir/Madam
We have purchased a TI part LM22673MRX-ADJ/NOPB,DC is 2141+ COO MY,but we do X-RAY,found that the leads frame and wire bond not same as before 19+ one,COO was PH.
And the marking format are different also.I can't find…
Part Number: LM22673 Does the LM22673MRX-ADJ/NOPB have an enable pin? The functional block diagram on page 8 of the datasheet shows that it does, but the pin description doesn't show one. Also is this part recommended for new designs?
Part Number: LM22673 Hi Experts,
Good day.
Due to supply shortage, our client would like to use LM22673MR-ADJ/NOPB as an alternate to the LM22670MR-ADJ/NOPB, but we're not sure if it would work as they have different pin fxn at pins 3&5.
