Part Number: LM2765 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2767 , We have used the LM2767 on several EVM's and would like to replace it with the LM2765.
The output load is less than 1mA and drives the gates of 3-5 external fets only, and the input slew…
Part Number: LM2765 Hi Team
I have aqestion about LM2765.
It is used in the circuit diagram shown in the figure below. The PWM signal is input to the SD terminal.
When the ambient temperature is raised, The VOUT rises linearly at 80 ° C ambient temperature…
Part Number: LM2765 We want to insert a cheap and small as possible diode.
why a MBR0520LT1 is not sufficient enough and you suggest a 1N817?
You are talking on power on and if we are looking on current: the MBR0520LT1
If we calculate the current we get…
Part Number: LM2765 Hi All,
What kind of diode should be chosen between the input and output of LM2765.Now I put a 4148,the input is 4.2V,output is 4.9V.If there no diode between input and output, output would be 8.4V.
How about that? If the diode…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2765 Hello everyone,
I'am new in the field of charge pumps.
In the datasheet of LM2765 there is a minimal load current of 20/10mA listed:
I am confused now. Is this a mistake? Are the 10mA/20mA not the MAXIMUM…

Hi,
My customer evaluates LM2765 with following conditions and see unexpected ripples on Vout. Can you help me to support this customer?
LM2765
Vin = 5V
Iout = from no load to 10mA (with…
Part Number: LM2766 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2765 , , LM2665 , MAX660 The popular MAX660, and one of TI's derivative, LM2665, could also be used as voltage splitter. A "Splitting Vin in Half" circuit is illustrated in the section 10.3 of MAX660…
Hi Viktorija,
To my knowledge, the pin-pin compatible device is LM2681 or LM2765, but their max load is 20mA. If the this is okay, then this can be considered as the 2nd source. Otherwise, I don't see another candidate.
Thanks,
Youhao

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2765 Hi Ti,
Please could you help me get to the bootom of this mystery?
I've made a small number of specialist boards that carry an LM2765 12v fixed output switching regulator. We have followed the datasheet and used…
