Part Number: LM2775-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2775 Hi,
I am using LM2775 with Vin = 3.3V and common mode voltage = 5V. But I am getting some different outputs.
I am expecting 8.8V w.r.t ground of the total circuit. but I am not getting…
Part Number: TCAN1044-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2775-Q1 Hello, Team,
We proposed a combination of LM2775-Q1 + TCAN1044-Q1. Although the output voltage accuracy of LM2775-Q1 is 4.8V ~ 5.2V with 5V (typ), we think that it works with TCAN1044…
Part Number: LM2775 What is the difference between these two parts ? Are there issues with the LM2775 I should be aware of ? I am asking because it seems LM2775 is still available but 'until end of stock' (Farnell) and LM2775-Q1 seems not to be available…
Hi Given,
To answer your 1st question: the LM2775-Q1 is a repurposed device for Q-grade, and its max Tj is 125C. All our new Q-grade devices have Tj=150C.
Regarding the 2nd question: could you show me how did you get 50mW by calculation? I am actually…
Hi Zack,
According to Figure 11 and Equation (5) in LM2775-Q1 datasheet, efficiency increased if Vin clsoe to 2.7V, expecting lower Power dissipation at LM2775-Q1 and lower junction temperature increase.
Best regards,
Part Number: LM2775-Q1 Hi,
I have a customer using LM2775-Q1 with output capacitance of 2.2uF, 25V. I wanted to check if that was enough, as a rule of thumb, and ran across a note in 8.2.2.5 that confused me, below:
My question is what is the 2…
Part Number: LM2775-Q1 Hello all,
Can you recommend the charge pump capacitance when the output current is 10mAtyp? Of course, capacitor of low-ESR and small temperature degrading and small DC bias degrading will be used.
Regards, RYO
