Part Number: LM5177 Tool/software: Hello, I have tried designing a DCDC 48V out, 40-60V in.
I have gone a little off and designed it with the GAN7R0-150LBEZ FET.
My issue is the board will build a voltage on Vout to begin with and then permanently fail…
Part Number: LM5177 Hi ti team,
The new project uses LM5177 to power the audio amplifier, please help check the schematic diagram of LM5177.

Hi Lukas,
UVLO can also be connected to the output, e.g. with some external logic you can also stop discharge at a certain level if discharging -> pull UVLO high if standard supply is available. (mIght be just an additional Diode and Resistor)
We have…
Hi Stefan,
The switching frequency was reduced and the output voltage increased from 10V to 16V. So I was able to increase the inductor to 3.3uF without any red space. We also used the same MOSFETs used in the EVM. More efficiency and less loss than ever…
Part Number: LM5177 Tool/software: Hi team,
My customer needs both features at the same time. Could you share any ideas on how to achieve this? Thanks!
Regards, Sam Ting
Part Number: LM5177 Hi Team,
Please help to input your comments for below questions.
Thanks.
1. How to set up the OCP function? use IMONOUT pin or not?
2. How to set the current limit to 5A or 6A?
3. Since LM5177 is cycle-by-cycle current limit protection…
Part Number: LM5177 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5171 Hi Expert,
May I use LM5177 M1 & M4 mosfet as pic to do the Efuse function ?
Or you have any other better suggestion in here to build up Efuse function on LM5177 ?
Eddie

I used the ti webdesigner to create the attached schematic. I designed it to allow 12v input with 57v output. When I power the board and apply 12v I see barely 1 volt output. What is wrong on the schematic to prevent start up? Additionally…
Part Number: LM5177 HI SIR
I use the LM5177DCPR to be a adjust power
spec as below:
Vin=24V
Vout=1~48V
Io,max=5A
Po,max=100W
Ripple&Noise expect spec.=1%*Vo+10mV
test report as below by owner PCB board, ripple is over spec, did you have any issue…
