Thank you Rick,
I am analyzing a board that I designed with two LMD18245. Motor goes forward/backward/stall with forward-only pulses. Motor and other boards that I made are ok. Only one copy of the prototype is giving problems.
Do you know how LMD18245…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMD18245 Hi,
I have built up the LMD18245 Full bridge motor driver as described in the document on page 15.
The only different is, that I'm going to drive a motor with 0,2mH and 2,8 Ohm (instade of 12mH and 12Ohm…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMD18245 Hi All,
We have a design with LMD18245 Stepper Motor Driver .
Here we could notice -5V noise on the winding connections(OTU1 and OUT2 pins) .Recommended maximum negative voltage(due to the forward bias of…
Part Number: MSP430FR2111 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMD18245 , Hi,
I was reading a tech note (SLAA795) and it mentioned that the MSP430 can be used as a Quadrature Encoder Position Counter. Can MSP430FR2111 be used to replace a motor controller…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMD18245 We have been using the LMD18245 for years now. However, on one of the newer product we have had some excessive amount of failures with these parts. Sometimes these parts have damage but most times they don't.…
Hey Dan,
LM120K-5.0/883 is indeed obsolete. I've attached the PDN.
We don't have an exact P2P replacement so I'd recommend the UA79 series as the closest alternatives.
