Is MAX213CDWR an active, orderable part? And is there a EOL retraction notification?

I am using MAX213 IC in my new design.
I want to know whether the I/O voltage is 3V or more.
In datasheet it was not mentioned separately.
I have doubt on this as the power supply of IC is 5V
