Part Number: MCF8329EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MOTORSTUDIO Tool/software: Hi there,
I'm having trouble using I2C with the MCF8329EVM board and an STM32 micro. the EVM board reacts to I2C commands, but I am unsure of how to set the speed…
Part Number: MCF8329EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MCF8329A , Tool/software: I've been developing an ESC using the MCF8329A gate driver, and am currently using the MCF8329EVM as a bridge between motor studio and my ESC (done by removing the jumpers…

Hi,
I just planned to manual code the MCF8329A EVM using the TI Code Composer Studio. Is it possible to code it. Since i don't like to use the TI Motor Studio. Because…

Hi experts,
I'm having a hard time with motor tuning (User board using MSPM0G3507 MCU).
So I tried to apply the auto-tuning results of MCF8329EVM to the motor…
Hello Sachin, sorry, it was my fault, the problem is solved. I was using the motor with a lower voltage, after increasing the supply voltage I could control the rotation speed in the whole allowed area.
Thank you so much!
Part Number: MCF8329EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MCF8329A Tool/software: I've been having some trouble getting a motor to behave as expected with the EVM, and discovered a discrepancy today. The datasheet for the motor lists the inductance as…
Hi ,
Thanks for allowing more time. I looked at the JSON.
There are few options we can try
1. Dead time should be tuned only after check VGS/VDS signal, keep 500ns (recommended on the EVM)
2. ISD_CONFIG[SINGLE_SHUNT_BLANKING_TIME] is 0.5us, we can try…
Part Number: MCF8329EVM Tool/software: Hi,
I am trying for my life to tune the multiverse of EEPROM settings for my motor using your evm, but I have no luck at all. It seems from my perspective that this part lacks alot in forms of documentation and…
