Part Number: MPC509 Hello,
Let me confirm the device behavior when +V and –V are not powered.
In the datasheet, there is the below description on P11.
“If the +15V and/or –15V supply voltage is absent or shorted
to ground, the MPC509A…
Part Number: MPC509 Hello,
From my previous post, I understand some voltage could output if +V/V- are not powered. Then I have an additional question.
How much supply voltage is required to ensure multiplexer work correctly, meaning no signal feedthrough…
Part Number: MPC509 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MUX36D04 , MUX509 , Hi Team,
In the datasheet, max rating spec or over-voltage protection (OVP) spec, we have Va and Ven at Vs(+) = +4V and Vs(-) = -4V
At same time, Va and Ven VIH(min) is also 4V .
In…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MPC509 Hello everybody,
On my board we need to have RS422 interface (microcontroller with UART + RS422 transceiver) that can do selftest. So the microcontroleur have to control a switch behind the RS422 transceiver to do…
Hi Jim,
Unfortunately we do not have any load switches which can handle 200V. Because the MPC509 falls under the Internal Signal Switches Applications Support Forum I will move this thread there.
Thanks,

Hi Anton,
In general, the absolute maximum voltages for the outputs will be specified in the datasheet. For example, the dual SPDT TS3A24157 specifies the maximums on the NC and NO outputs on page 2 of the datasheet:
Voltages higher than specified here…
