The MSP432P401R has a 14 bit ADC. But this resolution is quite uncommon. The MSPs normally have 10, 12, 16 or 24 bits of resolution. The MSP430F2003 has a 16 bit S/D ADC and costs 0.99 $ @ 1000 pcs.
MSP430F2003 and 2013 comes in 4mm by 4mm QFN and have 16bit SAR
TI does have WCSP (Chip scale) 2x2mm, but soldering something that small is only for factories. And probably needs a pre-order of 1K
