Part Number: MSP430F2132 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SEGGER Tool/software: Hi,
Before I start a deep search for the solution, I have followed a Segger guide to install support for the MSP430 devices. If I check in CCS11 Help>About>Installation, I…
Part Number: MSP430F2132 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5224 Tool/software: As per the title. Can this device (MSP430F2132) have its flash programmed using the 2-wire Spy-Bi-Wire interface?
We have used the MSP430F5224 before and there is specific…
Part Number: MSP430F2132 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP-FET I am happily connected from CCS 12.6, thru the MSP-FET to my MSP430F2132 but I do not find the way to read the memory. I have read something about a "Save memory" function or command but…
Part Number: MSP430F2132 Im trying to program an IC MSP430F2132IRHBR. Calling digikey supplier told me MSP GANG PROGRAMMER need to be usted to program this IC. I download the tooling software but i cant find my IC part number AND honestly i dont have…
Part Number: MSP430F2132 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP-FET , MSP-GANG Hello,
I'm not an EE, but I represent a contract manufacturer and I am trying to develop a bed of nails flashing fixture for a customer board that uses the referenced microcontroller…
Hi Alex,
It appears the common thread is the GPIO pins. A blank device will not have GPIO pins configured, so they are inputs by default. Any noise on any pin may cause it to oscillate, which causes an increase in current.
So, can we find out for fact…
Part Number: MSP430F2132 Hello,
For a new project, we want to store (write few times) then read (frequently) into an external nonvolatile memory with a MSP430xxxx
(currently we are considering the MSP430F2132). The goal is to do a “lookup table”.…

Hi team,
my customer want to know more about the failure mode under gravitational acceleration experiment, when they apply seraral G on this IC, they found that phase-locked loop clock becomes faster and the timer is inaccurate…
