As Gary mentioned above, the easiest way to get crosstalk is to set your sample/hold time (SHT) too low for your source impedance, since in that case the sampling capacitor doesn't have time to charge.

Please let me know when I should power up DVCC after PUR high (for USB BSL). On my customer's board, the time between the PUR high and the powering up of DVCC is 5 seconds, and then BSL doesn't run normally.
