    remove the ESD, we get the same result. The final voltage is betwen 1.7V and 1.8V. Is there any method to check the inner circuit of Reset pin of MSP430FR5887?

    Hi, yes there are limits based on the scan rate that is determined by the SW. For the regular SW that comes with the EVM I had good results with 2-4 rotations/sec.
