  • RE: After update MAP_SPI_getInterruptStatus doesn't work, but SPI_getInterruptStatus works

I apologize for the confusion that you are experiencing with the MSPDRIVERLIB which is caused by the recent split into 430 and 432 libraries. In older versions the MAP_ prefix would distinguish between the different libraries but now that they are separated…

RSEL=5 or RSEL=6 would be OK for a DCO output of 20Mhz. BTW, we strongly recommend using DriverLib when using F5xx devices, especially for modules like UCS or PMM. www.ti.com/.../MSPDRIVERLIB Regards, Luis R

Texas Instruments decided to invest in other development tools such as TI-RTOS and MSPDRIVERLIB. There are no plans of releasing a similar tool in the near future. Regards, Ryan

Hello edriano, It seems that SLAA448 is no longer maintained or supported: e2e.ti.com/.../536901 This is most likely due to the fact that all peripheral libraries are now maintained on MSPDRIVERLIB which can be found in the MSPWARE resources. …

Hello Alexander, Yes. You can have one eusci sw for each protocol. And we have the MSP Driver Library that is already doing this. We do encourage user to use the driver library because it the abstracted API keeps you above the bits and bytes of the…

Thanks for the feedback Nick, portability is definitely one of the intended advantages of MSPDRIVERLIB along with reducing the difficulty of writing and interpreting firmware. Several changes and updates have been made in the past few years to make the…

Hi Daniel, You will not be able to use the LCD_B library directly, using the MSP430FR5xx_6xx MSPDRIVERLIB's LCD_C files is most likely the best option. I am currently looping in software library experts to comment on why LCD_C content is missing from…

That version includes MSPDRIVERLIB 2.60.00.02. The latest incompatible change was with the major version bump to 2; try 1.97.00.19. Alternatively, port the source code to the new API. Or just use the precompiled binary.

Hi Varn, You want to send a slave address plus read bit followed by sending a register address? This is definitely unconventional and will not easily come through modification of TI-RTOS or MSPDRIVERLIB. You will probably need to develop this solution…
