Part Number: P82B96 Hi team,
During communication, a phenomenon like the attached waveform occurred. The potential of Sx was floating and something like a pulse waveform was observed in Rx/Tx. The circuit is as shown on p17 of the datasheet, with Sx and…

I have got helps from TI;s support team at 'logic forum" regarding P82B96's VOL issues. Many thanks for this. After a few readings we decided…
Part Number: P82B96 Hi,
I am using PB96 for I2C communication on 3m cable. I have undershoots ~ -700 mV on SDA and SCL lines. I added BAT54C schottky diodes to protect the P82B96 from exceeding absolute maximum ratings. Undershoots were reduced to ~ …

Part Number: P82B96 Dear Support team,
Good day.
I have a problem of I2C communication error with P82B96 on our board.
It seems to I2c receiver can't receive I2C address & data
due to Low voltage floating(≒1.08) of SCL/SDA outputted from P82B96…
Part Number: P82B96 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TCA9517A , TCA9509 Hi All,
It is assumed that TCA9517A and P82B96 are connected.
In the past, a similar question stated that the connection could not be made due to the different offsets. I think it…
Part Number: P82B96 Hi Team,
The customer is asking that weather the twisted wired connection of GND and Vcc can exchange or not. Is there any concern? Thank you.
Best regards,
Mike
Part Number: P82B96 Hi team,
In Figure 10 and Figure 14 of the datasheet, sx is SCL and sy is SDA, but correctly, sx is SDA and sy is SCL as shown in Pin Configuration and Functions. Please confirm.
Sincerely. Ryu.
