Are PCI2050BIZWT and PCI2050BGHK pin compatible?
According to the data sheet, these two devices are same pin count, 257.
I was not able to find the other information about ZWT pin assignment.

For power on sequence:
VCC power should on first, then turn on VCCA/VCCB. If you tied all together , it may have power on sequence issue.
You can look at PCi2050B , which is PCI to PCi bridge.
