Part Number: RS485-HF-DPLX-EVM Hi y'all:
I thought that there could be a BOM for the PCB components (outside of the user supplied U1 transceiver) - is that available/documented somewhere (it's not in the user guide)
thanks

Part Number: RS485-FL-DPLX-EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: RS485-HF-DPLX-EVM Hello again,
can you please provide the BOM for the RS485-FL-DPLX-EVM (as someone did previously for the half-duplex RS485 EVM, aka RS485-HF-DPLX-EVM ?

Part Number: RS485-HF-DPLX-EVM Hello Guys,
Good day.
Do you happen to have the dimension of the board RS485-HF-DPLX-EVM? Customer needed it for his assembly. He need to ensure all his components will fit.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I got an instrument with RS485 interface.
But the baudrate is 111111,9,n,1.
Does TI have RS485 IC or EVM can support it?
Sorry, Eric,
I always use a module like USB to RS485 converter.
I'm not familiar with RS485, so I can't answer your question…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS122U04 Hi Team,
Is there any ADC or EVM which has RS485 interface? Input: 0-5V DC Resolution:24bit Sample rate: more than 36KHz

Hi Art,
The THVD2450 could suit your customer needs. It is TIA/EIA-422 standardized and can output TTL voltages. It's signaling rate can support up to 50Mbps. There is also a EVM board available on the product page here .

I assume you want to put the device at maximum data rate with maximum load with both TX and RX on.
As I mentioned, I think you can check out the EVM.

Hi Miyazaki-san,
We won't be able to provide patches for SDK8.2. As you may know, RS485 is not officially supported in Processor SDK (up to SDK8.5) for any Sitara device, so RS485 function hasn't be validated by the Linux software development team…
