Also, a note of clarification. You indicated the device type as CD54AC00. The SMD DLA device is the SN54AC00-SP.

It looks like that part number on Digi-Key leads to the SN54AC00-SP, which is a radiation hardened quad 2 input NAND gate.
The SN74AC00 will have very similar electrical characteristics to the SN54AC00-SP, obviously without any of the radiation…
